We will list and advertise your gear. Set the price you need and we will get what we can.
We will do our best to get you your price however you need to be reasonable. AND WE ARE A FOR PROFIT BUSINESS.
We advertise on the internet, newsgroups and message boards, our web site, through mailings, in trade mags. and have clients we are looking for gear for.

We will not warehouse your gear unless we are purchasing it for a specific client to mod. and customize before delivery.

I need to sell this gear immediately or shut down the studio.
If the situation is that dire we can liquidate the studio for you but not in time to keep the doors open.
ANALOG TAPE DECKS: Have serial #, a HEAD REPORT from JRF Magnetics, maintenance history and pics. If you need help we can help.
CONSOLES: Have serial #, maintenance history and pics.
OUTBOARD GEAR: Have serial #, maintenance history and pics.
MICS.: Have serial #, maintenance history and pics.
DAWS: Complete system details, OS , storage , monitor size, hardware and software versions , all plug - ins and pics.
STAND ALONE DIGITAL RECORDERS: Software version, hardware version, year of manufacture, serial #, hours of use, maintenance history.
SHIPPING: At all times shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We do however expect you to comply with all reasonable expectations for PRO GEAR.
TAKE A PICTURE WITH A DATE WHEN YOU PACK UP THE GEAR. STOPS LEGAL PROBLEMS WHEN A SHIPPER SCREWS UP.
PAYMENT: PAYMENT IS EXPECTED TO BE F.O.B. HOWEVER SHEPPARD INDUSTRIES AUDIO DIVISION
RESERVES THE RIGHT TO USE ESCROW ACCOUNTS WHEN NECESSARY.

WE HAVE TECH. CONTACTS EVERYWHERE AND CAN SET YOU UP WITH A LOCAL TECH WHEN THE GEAR IS OUT OF OUR REACH
WE EXPECT THE GEAR YOU LIST TO LIVE UP TO YOU'RE DESCRIPTION AND PICS.
IF THERE ARE SEVERE PROBLEMS WE WILL ALWAYS ADVOCATE FOR THE BUYER TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES.

We have extensive contacts for gear and our published list is only a fraction of what is available.
As always contact us with your wish list or desired gear needs and we will find the piece for you.
We will do our best to get you a fair price however even liquidations need to be reasonable AND WE ARE A FOR PROFIT BUSINESS.
We work with Pro Audio Brokers as well as Studio Owners and private gear owners.
You will negotiate the sale price of a piece of gear with us however in some instances you will complete the purchase with an Associate Broker and receive tech. support from them.
While most studios have at least limited tech services available we can and do provide complete tech. services for most gear.
We also pride ourselves on customizing and modifying vintage gear to exacting specs.
This can be done at our shop or your facility depending on the piece, size and time requirements.

USED GEAR: Used gear is just that; USED.
We pride ourselves on refurbishing, customizing and modifying vintage gear to exacting specs.
This can be done at our shop or your facility depending on the piece, size and time requirements.

When inquiring or ordering gear from our lists please use inventory number in front of the description.
CONDITION: We expect the gear we sell to meet all advertised conditions as represented by the owner / seller of consignment pieces.
We encourage a tech. inspection of Consoles and tape decks prior to sale.
PAYMENT: Payment is F.O.B. We accept pay-pal with the buyer paying all processing charges as pay-pal charges to us. These charges are easily found on the pay-pal site.
Money orders , business checks and certified checks are accepted. We can also accept electronic wire transfers please call for details.
For BIG TICKET ITEMS ESCROW ACCOUNTS ARE AVAILABLE. You will be responsible to pay for all escrow and shipping costs.
When the funds clear the gear ships.
SHIPPING: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Do not be pennywise and pound foolish. Pay for the most reliable shipping and packing method available and you will save everybody a lot of headaches.
As always we will assist with all shipping including coordinating pick up and delivery and advising on crates etc.
Insure your purchase for the highest dollar value reasonable.

SHEPPARD AUDIO offers used and vintage equipment for sale.
Due to problems beyond our control arising from aging electronic components,
what may have checked out okay in our service facility, or by an onsite tech. inspection,
can not be guaranteed to continue to function in the way a new piece of equipment might be expected to.
As such, we offer no WARRANTY / GUARANTY on equipment purchased from us, unless provided in writing at the time of the sale.
